Plaza Mar is located directly on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is only two blocks from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick and easy walk to fine dining and shopping. Most of the newer hotels are north of town which are not within walking distance of the town square, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, the north hotels are in the American part of town and are very Americanized, which does not give you the true Mexican feeling.

Plaza Mar is located in Zona Romantica, the best location in South Puerto Vallarta on Los Muertos Beach. Playa Los Muertos is Puerto Vallarta's most popular beach lined with bars and restaurants providing beach service. 1/29/09 I recently rented a condo in Puerto Vallarta from Jeff Musto. I'm writing to let everyone know that every aspect of the experience was excellent. The pre-trip arrangements were professional, and prompt. The actual condo was even better than the descriptions and photos on the web. When we arrived our keys were given to us by the folks at the front desk, in a managed and secure building. 
In short, an excellent vacation, an excellent value, professionally handled. I have recommended his properties in the past, and look forward to renting from him next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

1/17/09 For a good time, call Jeff Musto ... or better, send an email. There is NO ONE who can arrange more comfortable accommodations in Puerto Vallarta, with greater efficiency, than Jeff.

We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for the past 29 years - have stayed in hotels and condos from the marina to Mismaloya. When we discovered Plaza Mar in Old Town, we stopped sampling. Now, the cab turns onto 'our' street and we feel like we're home.

What prompts us to write a testimonial is not just coming off a perfect vacation, but DREAMING of one, as we haven't been to Mexico yet this year. There is simply no way to completely convey how easy it is to stay in Plaza Mar; to settle in after a day of plane travel; wander up to Archie's Wok for a first-evening dinner; anticipate drinking the perfect latte at The Coffee Cup the next morning ... to see familiar staff at the front desk, stay in touch with the world via the internet from the computer in the lobby; laze in the sun on the roof where the view is to die for and the pool is reliably welcoming .... It takes mere minutes to walk into town. You can fine-dine every nite, or mix it up. Either way - memorable. To be in Puerto Vallarta is to completely own whatever days we've given ourselves. To stay at Plaza Mar provides the back-drop for that kind of rejuvenating experience.

10/20/08 Hi Jeff: A friend and I stayed in Condo 505 the week of October 12 - 18,
2008. Since I had stayed in the same Condo last year, I was so happy to
see the same faces at the desk. Both the morning and evening staff are
so friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the small rooftop pool and
watching the sunset from there. I love the location of the Condo as it
is so close to everything you need. Hopefully, I will make it a yearly
ritual of visiting PV. I didn't do much but go to the beach and eat at
some of the local restaurants. Thanks again for the stay.

5/30/08 Jeff, We had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta. It's actually a great time of the year to spend a week. It's not so busy and the weather is still very nice. The location of Condominios Plazamar is excellent. Once we arrived by taxi from the airport, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Just the right size for two people. We rarely needed the AC with the wonderful evening breezes through the condo from the bedroom to living room. People watching was very enjoyable from the outdoor space overlooking the park. We watched some entertaining daytime and evening concerts at the park.

Unfortunately we didn't discover the rooftop pool until the last couple days. Next time, we will definitely take advantage of this incredible space. The views are amazing.

The service and staff at Condominios Plazamar were excellent. You have some very knowledgeable and friendly people working there. Thank you for making our trip so fun and easy. I think we may do this same thing again next year! We've told all our friends about your website and condos.

3/17/08 Hi, Jeff.  We returned from PV on Saturday and, as always, we had a great time.  Good food, good weather, and we didn't do much of anything.  Plaza Mar #505 was exactly as advertised.  We enjoyed it a lot.  In previous years we stayed further down Los Muertos beach (next to the "blue chairs") so Plaza Mar was much more convenient to all things. Ken S.

Lynn and I just returned from Puerto Vallarta last night. We thoroughly enjoyed our first  stay at Plaza Mar condominios, and thought that unit #301 was well maintained, well located, and suited to our needs.  Please keep us on your e-mail list for future rentals.  As old hands on  Playa Los Muertos we feel like we've found a new base that hasn't had its views blocked by new construction.  The newly completed park is a really charming addition to the area.

Howard and I just returned from a lovely week in your Condo and we wanted to let you know that it was absolutely fabulous. The location can’t be beat and your condo is lovely. There are so many new things going on in PV but also we found some old favorites still serving up great food and views (Vista Grill, La Palapa…..). We had such a good time that we are planning a one-week trip back to PV in February with my teenage son. Do you have any two-bedroom condos available the week of Feb 16-23? Thanks again for your help with arranging last week’s vacation, and for any help you can give us in finding a unit for this upcoming trip.

		6/27/07   My family and i just returned from staying at Plaza Mar condo #505. The condo was exactly as advertised, spacious, clean and lots of amenities. The staff were excellent. We fell in love with the rooftop pool, the views were great. Restaurants were plentiful and all within a short walk, recomend Brazils and Fajita Republic. we had a wonderful time and highly recomend staying there, we'll be back again. thanks for a great vacation. 3/25/2007 -   Plaza Mar Condos are wonderful!  You can’t go wrong by staying there.  Jeff's honest and accomodating.    You’re right off the beach, the bus line and you have everything you need within walking distance.   Our condo was comfortable with all amenities & was an excellent value.  We’ve traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times and you must stay in Old Town now & then to fully appreciate the city!

This is our fourth year at your condo in Puerto Vallarta and again I just want to tell you how much we have enjoyed it.  The views are great overlooking the park, the city on the side of the hill and of course, the ocean.  We really enjoy the perfect location as it is close to all shopping needs (food, liquor, souvenirs, great little unique shops) and a real variety of great dining spots for every meal.

The new walkway offers us an opportunity to stroll along the beach, watch the sunsets, and be in the downtown area within minutes.  We "discovered" the roof amenities this year as we usually live on the beach during the day.  The fabulous views, cool breezes and sun/shade options make it a perfect way to end the day by toasting the sunset from the rooftop!

We have just returned but are already planning for the winter of 2007!

Hi Jeff!
I just wanted to say thanks for a great condo in Puerto Vallarta. All of us found the condo to exceed our expectations.
We all like to cook, and found the kitchen to be well equipped with even the smallest of amenities!
The condo was bigger than what we expected, and very tastefully decorated enough to feel at home.
The location was very good too, near all of the sights we wanted to see, and we saw a lot of them.
 
The staff were pretty good too. Very eager to help whether it be calling a cab, or answer a question for a good restaurant.  We left the appropriate tip, and gave the maid a bit extra when we saw her in the room. We know grats can sometimes be split up.
 
We will recommend this place, rest assured as it was well worth it.  All of us were very impressed with the condo Jeff, and I am glad it worked out.
 
Do you have condo's anywhere else? My partner and I may be going to Florida next August. When we think of destinations, we will send an email in case you can lead us to someone as honest as you.  
 
I was a bit nervous of booking over the internet, and was so relieved when I walked in to the place.
If we go back to PVR Jeff, rest assured, you will be our first contact.
