Located on popular Los Muertos beach in the Zona Romantica this is a spacious two bedroom,two bath condo. The large terrace offers magnificent views of both the Pacific ocean and the mountain/town scape with plenty of room for al fresco dining. The rooftop heated pool area with covered terrace and lots of deck space also affords a spectacular panoramic view.
The roomy master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite with tub and shower, and a walkout to the terrace. The guest bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a king.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room has a large table with seating for six people. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.
Amenities:
Satellite TVs - living room and both bedrooms, DVD, phone, ceiling fans, AC in both bedrooms, coffeemaker, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven and lots of colourful dishes.
2 washers and dryers on the lower level can be reserved for a small fee.
Maid service 6 days a week (no Sundays) - maids do not do dishes and bed linens and bath towels are supplied.
24 hour secured entry with bilingual reception staff and also two elevators. On-site licensed restaurant with room, pool and beach service.
Wireless internet service available in the library in the lobby fora small fee.
