We had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta. It's actually a great time of the year to spend a week. It's not so busy and the weather is still very nice.
The location of Condominios Plazamar is excellent. Once we arrived by taxi from the airport, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see.
The condo was perfect for our needs. Just the right size for two people. We rarely needed the AC with the wonderful evening breezes through the condo from the bedroom to living room. People watching was very enjoyable from the outdoor space overlooking the park. We watched some entertaining daytime and evening concerts at the park.
Unfortunately we didn't discover the rooftop pool until the last couple days. Next time, we will definitely take advantage of this incredible space. The views are amazing.
The service and staff at Condominios Plazamar were excellent. You have some very knowledgeable and friendly people working there. Thank you for making our trip so fun and easy.
I think we may do this same thing again next year! We've told all our friends about your website and condos.

3/17/08 Hi, Jeff. We returned from PV on Saturday and, as always, we had a great time. Good food, good weather, and we didn't do much of anything. Plaza Mar #505 was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed it a lot. In previous years we stayed further down Los Muertos beach (next to the "blue chairs") so Plaza Mar was much more convenient to all things. Ken S.

Lynn and I just returned from Puerto Vallarta last night. We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at Plaza Mar condominios, and thought that unit #301 was well maintained, well located, and suited to our needs. Please keep us on your e-mail list for future rentals. As old hands on Playa Los Muertos we feel like we've found a new base that hasn't had its views blocked by new construction. The newly completed park is a really charming addition to the area.

and we wanted to let you know that it was absolutely fabulous. The location
can’t
be beat and your condo is lovely. There are so many new things going
on in PV but also we found some old favorites still serving up great
food and views (Vista Grill, La Palapa…..). We had such
a good time that we are planning a one-week trip back to PV in February
with my teenage son. Do you have any two-bedroom condos available the
week of Feb 16-23? Thanks again for your help with arranging last week’s
vacation, and for any help you can give us in finding a unit for this
upcoming trip.

We just got back from 10 days at Plaza Mar. All I can say is WOW. The condo 306 was perfect for our needs. Everything we could possibly want or need was already in the condo. The room was immaculate and maid always added some extra touches. The one thing that we were very surprised with was the comfort of the bed. Most times in Mexico the beds we have slept on were slabs of concrete, this bed was comfortable and very inviting. The location of the condo was perfect, we never even needed to take a taxi, as everything was so close. All the best restaurants are within a few blocks radius of the condo
Plaza Mar has an excellent staff, it is very secure and also very welcoming. There is a computer in the lobby to use to check your email or surf the net for a very nominal fee. The roof top pool is breathtaking, it is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. We are so happy we found this gem in Puerto Vallarta, the price is fair, the amenities are plentiful, and the location is ideal. We plan on spending many more vacations at Plaza Mar. Thank you so much Jeff for making this condo available to us.
Dropping you a note to tell you we had the most terrific time in Puerto Vallarta. Your condo could not have been more perfect. Clean, roomy, picturesk, all the conveniences and the staff was very accommodating. I think Jim and I are sold on staying downtown for our two visits a year. I will do to your website and write a report soon. I saw Julianna and told her that her review had sold me on your condo and it is terrific, all that you said it would be. Too much fun in the sun with all the BB'ers and came home just to get a chest cold. Guess I should have stayed. We will definitely be back. We just got back last night from a week at Plaza Mar #606. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Puerto Vallarta getaway with us! We absolutely loved everything about this place. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The condo was spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible. We absolutely fell in love with the roof-top pool and spent many hours up there admiring and photographing the unbelievably beautiful panoramic views – both during the day and at night. Being the low season, we pretty much had the roof to ourselves for most of our visit.
This was our first time staying in the Los Muertos Beach area and we are so glad we checked it out. Everything you could possibly need is within a 5 block radius and we really enjoyed our treks to the Malecon area in the evenings. We shopped at Riza’s for groceries and ate at El Burro, Pau Pau, Brasil Steakhouse, Memo’s Pancake House, and, of course, La Palapa – all within a few minutes walk! This truly is the best location if you want to be in the heart of all that PV has to offer. We loved all the food vendors at the park.
I would not hesitate to recommend Plaza Mar to any of my most picky friends and acquaintances! We hope to stay at Casa Musto again very soon. Thanks again, Jeff!

Hello Jeff,
We safely returned to Chicago, not to mention safely getting and staying
in Puerto Vallarta. We had the absolute best time last week, staying
in the best part of town, after last week's experience hotels are never
again an option. Thank you for the wonderful condo. The weather was
certainly very hot, but when we left it was 105F in Chicago, so I guess
the difference was not drastic at all. We very much so enjoyed the
town and the restaurants, and of course the tequila, and couldnt think
of a better place to have gone on a honeymoon. Roberto's, we could
say had the best food and seafood, and our overall experience was fantastic!
(So is the "La Tia" downstairs from the condo)Thank you once
again. And we are certainly looking forward to coming back soon.

Puerto Vallarta is one of the most beautiful places we have ever vacationed
in. Also, the people are truly incredible. Everyone is so friendly, and
our son Themba thinks he is the biggest star in the world because everyone

Your condominium is excellent,I think one thing you could capitalize on
is the fact that it is so centrally located, close to all the excellent

appointed! My friends were in awe and just loved it! Beautiful ocean view
and the pool was great on the afternoons when you didn't want to be bothered
by the vendors! Everything else was perfect! Would definitely rent the
unit again! Hated to leave!

It was my pleasure to stay at Casa Musto (Suite 606, Plaza Mar Condominiums) in August 2002 for one week. Notwithstanding that my plans were very last minute and the owner, Jeff Musto, was out of the country at the time, we were quickly able to make suitable arrangements for my renting this unit on very short notice over the internet.
The condo itself is located in an ideal location in Puerto Vallarta. If you are familiar with the south side of the city, Plaza Mar is conveniently situated on Calle Lazaro Cardenas, across the street from the park. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The building has less than 40 units occupying 8 floors. The wrought iron entranceway is always locked and the front desk is manned 24 hours a day by very pleasant and helpful staff.This is a one bedroom unit with a very comfortable king size bed and a lot of storage space in the bedroom (dresser, night table and a large closet). The bathroom was immaculate with a huge tiled tub/shower. The kitchen had all of the amenities of home including full size fridge, stove, microwave, water cooler, blender, coffee maker, glassware, mugs, dishes, pots, pan and utensils. Large paned windows in the bedroom offer a view of the beach but Venetian blinds help keep out the light in the mornings.The dining room table and chairs seat four comfortably and the living room was very well appointed with Mexican artwork and colorful cushions. The large balcony had a small table and chairs so that sitting outside to watch the sunset was possible. The condo has two working air conditioners -- one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Large french doors open out to the balcony to catch a cool night’s breeze. The condo also comes equipped with 2 TV's and stereo with CD player. There is also a large assortment of paperbacks left from former occupants.The pool is on the roof, only two short flights up the stairwell which is right around the corner of the unit. By the way, all the hallways are outside and beautifully decorated with flowering plants, wrought iron railings and blue and white tiled floors. The pool area is large and expansive with many loungers, tables, chairs and an awesome view. There is a bar up there, a full size fridge, a laundry room, showers and bathrooms for both sexes. Several indigo coloured domes dot the roof top as they are part of the penthouse suites one floor below.In short, I would highly recommend Jeff’s condo as a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It has all the amenities of home with the added bonus of being located in the heart of the older part of town, south of the Rio Cuale. wow --- that is about all I can say -- we had a wonderful vacation -- everything went well -- people and food and of course liquor of various kinds were just outstanding -- we did a lot of touristy things -- walked and walked -- shopped and shopped -- but it was all outstanding. Senor Sweeneys was really nice -- food was cheap and good -- drinks were great -- we talked to the owner a bit and had a very nice time --
There are just not words to describe the entire experience -- your condo was top shelf -- the location was great -- and we felt like "special people" all week -- I definitely want to go again -- The people at the condo were all so helpful and kind -- that made things a bit easier for us too.... Jeff, After spending a week in Condo 206 with my 11-year-old grandson, I know that I and other members of my family can't wait to return! The location is perfect for all age groups because of the easy accessibility of restaurants, beaches, vendors, grocery stores, and other interesting shops. Everything is within easy walking distance. We enjoyed both the beach and the rooftop pool every day! The layout of the condo itself is perfect with a balcony above the park and the bedroom in the rear, overlooking the indoor patio. Altho I normally would not be watching television, the convenience of cable was welcomed because it allowed us to stay abreast of the news as well as watch the historical proceedings of the Pope's funeral. The building is quiet at night and filled with sunshine during the day.
The staff cheerfully took care of all of our needs, and the maids were efficient and friendly. It was obvious that they were willing to do whatever they could to make our stay memorable, which it was! Where else can you get good-bye hugs from neighborhood vendors and staff as one leaves?! We just want to drop you an e-mail from abroad to tell you how good was our stay in Puerto Vallarta.
The city is terrific, so much places to have fun -restaurants, beautiful beach like yelapa or punta mita-
We really had good times. And never the less, we stay in an incredible condo.
I enjoy so much the wake up call done by the birds in the Lazaro Cardenas park and the sound of the wave, this was very nice.
The place is really well fit in the town, close by the beach and certainly close to some of the better restaurants of Puerto Vallarta.
The departure last sunday was quite hard as we wish staying more time, but for sure we may decide to come back soon.
Thanks again for the condo and the price you offer, it was certainly the best price/quality we could have at that time.
Of course, and this is a very true proposal, if you want to enjoy a stay in France, don't hesitate to contact me, it is a small country without coconuts palms, but there are incredible places in Paris and in the french riviera as well.
