This is a beautiful, large, airy, 4th floor, corner condo unit in a lovely building with classic Mexican charm

located on popular Los Muertos Beach in the heart of Old Town Vallarta, aka "Zona Romantica".  The  famous Malecon has been extended to Lazaro Cardenas Park located right next door.  This offers an  easy, well lit, traffic free, oceanfront stroll to the downtown el Centro area where the arches, town square, and plenty of hustle & bustle are located. Our building is in the ideal location - within walking   distance of all the best restaurants and art galleries Puerto Vallarta has to offer!  We are also just a short walk down the beach from the pier where many of the water excursions depart from.  

If you are looking for a well appointed unit in a privately owned, secure, building in an incredible location, then THIS IS THE PLACE for you!  Whether you want to look out at the ocean, watch folks strolling along the Malecon, or wandering through the park, or simply to admire the surrounding hills, this unit has it all. Sunny and breezy with all the comforts of home.  This two-bedroom, two-bath unit has a king size bed in the master and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom.  One bath has a tub/shower combo while the second bath has a large walk-in shower.  There is a fully equipped kitchen complete   with all major & minor appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc..  This unit has 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, a VCR,  stereo, 3 i-pod hookups, all bedroom and bath linens, hair dryer, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

There is 24 hr security, a full time building administrator, and maintenance staff.  Maid service is provided 3 days per week. Plaza Mar condo 404 can sleep up to 6 people and has 1 king, 1 queen and 1 double bed.
