The condo is in the Plaza Mar Condominiums #202, which is located at Lazaro Cardenas 155 on Los Muertos beach in old Vallarta. The Condominium is located directly on the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta (Los Muertos) and is in the heart of the "Old Town" section of the city called "Zona Romantica." The condo is on the second floor (one floor up from the beach) and faces the ocean. This condo is directly on the Melancon. The building has an elevator and 24 hour security.

The condo was decorated by a local artist and includes full wall mirrors in the living room as well as beautiful murals painted on the walls in the living and entry areas. It has light colored tile throughout that projects a bright, spacious, warm setting. The condo is located so the cool breeze from the ocean flows throughout the entire unit when the veranda doors are open   It is a one bedroom (king), one bathroom unit. The condo has two air conditioners and two ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, pots and pans etc. cable TV with a TV/VCR and a radio/stereo tape player. There is High Speed wireless internet available and a computer with internet available in the lobby of Plaza Mar. This building is one of the only buildings in Puerto Vallarta that is handicap accessible. There is maid service 3 times a week. (note: maids do not do dishes, iron clothes, etc.) The condo is within walking distance of everything that is popular in Puerto Vallarta - beaches, sensational restaurants, boating, para-sailing, shopping, fishing, sightseeing and clubs.  On the roof (8th. floor) - away from the crowds - lounge on the deck by the secluded swimming pool.  The views are fantastic!
